All jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver unless otherwise specified.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Pearlica reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice

We accept payments through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Pearlica reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
• Cancel or hold orders pending payment or identity verification
• Refuse or limit quantities purchased

If an order is cancelled after payment, the refund will be processed as per our Return, exchange, cancellation & refund policy.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Pearlica shall not be liable for delays arising from incorrect address information.

All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return, exchange, cancellation & refund policy. This single policy covers all post-purchase scenarios including exchanges, returns, cancellations, damaged products, and refunds.
